Swimming

Swimming is an excellent form of exercise and provides benefits to the body in a variety of ways. Not only it strengthens cardiovascular system, it also helps to build endurance and muscle power, with full-body exercise and thus encompasses a host of other benefits such as breath control, healthy weight and meditative qualities.

At Floreto World School, during swimming sessions, the teachers make sure that the students should not only enjoy the water activities but also be very well aware with the safety procedures while entering the swimming pool and understand the importance of helping as well as sharing with others.
